Working Hand in Hand

We will support your work advocating for children every step of the way.

Below are just a few ways we support our volunteer leaders:

  • You will receive consistent contact, help and guidance from the SCAN mobilization staff member in your state.  Our staff are here to work with you regularly as you become the best advocate for kids that you can be!

  • Volunteer leaders will get up-to-date toolkits, policy briefings, action alerts and trainings throughout the year.

  • Advocates will participate in monthly training/educational conference calls from SCAN staff in DC. On these calls you will hear from leading experts in policy and politics, learn from other volunteer leaders around the country and find more ways to advocate for kids here and abroad.
